how much does early decision help?

I applied early decision at princeton and I wanted to know how much of an advantage that will give me and what in general my chances are...

brief stats
1600-old sat
2360-new sat (800-w,790-m,770-verbal)
satii- 800 ush, 800 lit, 690 math (will the math score hurt?)
5s on world hist, us hist, english lang, psychology
4-macroeconomics
this year taking ap: comp sci I, cal bc, biology, english lit, latin 4
6/663
4.221 weighted gpa
(yeah i've done stats before...but was specifically interested in princeton stuff)

30%ish I'd say

I'm sure you know that applying ED can hurt your chances because the applicant pool is tougher for ED. The applicants are always more qualified. But can't you apply ED and then apply RD? If you don't get accepted ED, then take one more SAT II, get a higher score, and apply RD. Your chances aren't that bad, but Princeton is so selective and your EC's aren't here.
