<p>I’m gonna be a little skeptical of what the above posters say here about a single, lone “D”, as I know people that get in with a “D” or even 2 in ivies (non-freshman year) and the like (granted, most explained their circumstances. And no, they didn’t have exceptional hooks).</p>
<p>But all B’s…um, probably not. It also depends what class the “D” was in.</p>
