How much does it cost to attend U of T?!?!

<p>Hi...i'm an international student, and i was wondering how much U of T costs...overall.... covering all expenses.</p>

<p>it would really help if anyone can tell me. even a rough estimate... i need to know desperately. it can't be true that it costs around 30,000 canadian dollars!!</p>

<p>i really want to attend U of T more than anything.</p>

<p>btw, i got into New College.</p>

<p>It's all on the web site. Why aren't you looking there? My recollection is that A&S students pay 17,000 CAN for tuition and then room and board varies slightly by dorm room type and if food is included maybe around $8,000? I may be off a few thou. That is Canadian if I recall correctly so then you have to plug in the exchange rate if you are figuring in US. just do a search "exchange rate converters" and many will pop up that you can plug the numbers into. There may even be one on the international page of U of T's website.</p>

<p>try signing up with with my fUTure. it's under the prospective student tab. if i'm not wrong, you just have to indicate your course and residence, and they'll calculate it for you based on 2003's figures.. works for all 3 colleges and there's a currency convertor too.</p>

the my fUTure thingy was from 2 years ago....it says 20,000...but when i checked their site, everything excluding tuition came up to 17000...so add tuition, and it's about 28-30000...</p>

It's about $12,600 Canadian dollars for tuition plus New College fees. New College residence is about $8100 per year (from Student Housing at <a href="http://link.library.utoronto.ca/studenthousing/index.cfm?fuseaction=document&document=60&Section=1)%5B/url%5D"&gt;http://link.library.utoronto.ca/studenthousing/index.cfm?fuseaction=document&document=60&Section=1)&lt;/a>, this includes the meal plan. So, the total is about $20,700 Canadian, or approximately $16,700 US dollars!</p>
