<p>My dad graduated from Chapel Hill, so I'm fortunate to have legacy to a great school. Obviously I would have to have good grades (GPA's a 3.9 as of my junior year, but will hopefully raise by end of senior.) Just was wondering because some schools consider legacy students as in state students (I live in VA.)
