How much does legacy help?

Can anybody refer me to some sources or speculate as to how much being a legacy at a certain Ivy League institution will help me?

Sibling currently attending undergrad.
Parent 1 got masters, phd there, taught at one of the schools.
Parent 2 was adjunct professor at partner school.
Aunt got masters there.
Cousin got bachelors (came from same high school as me).
One parent works with a few trustees of the school.

My grades and scores are well in the range of this particular school and I will be applying early decision.

Neither of my parents have donated anything substantial.

I hope I don't come off as trying to flaunt this, I'm not (to an extent I feel bad about it). But what sort of advantage, if any, will this give me?

From my understanding being a legacy does not help very much, it will not get you in, you need to have the grades, essays, standardized tests, ECs and recommendations first and only then if you have al that it will help a little.
