How much does the McGill faculty of arts care about science grades/chances?

So I submitted my app late December w/ my quarter 1 grades & I got the notification that “further review is required” (meaning that they want my Q2 grades). So I’m basically wondering what my chances are. For reference, I plan on doing a joint honors major political sci + economics (focus on macro) and a minor in math. Here are my grades. I only applied to the Faculty of Arts b/c I have no interest whatsoever in science (I used to though). I’m mostly worried about the Q1 --> Q2 drop in physics – how much do they care?
