i don't know if ive seen this on the site before or not but to get to a t14 as long as you go to a solid undergrad school get good grades an a high LSAT you can get in right. I want to save money and go to my state school (maryland). Could i go from there to a t14 with a high gpa and LSAT

yes definitely

so that school could get me into a t14?nicee thank you

yeah, law schools look at your numbers first, then the essay, then everything else almost doesn’t matter unless you found the cure for cancer or won an olympic gold medal.

Just make sure you get a 3.7+ uGPA and 170+ LSATand you’ll definitely get into some T14 law schools

I go to the University of Oklahoma (not nearly as prestigious as Maryland, in my opinion) and seniors in our Pre-Law Club got into Harvard, Duke, UChicago, NYU, etc. Granted, most members are going to OU Law and Oklahoma City University next year, but it is definitely possible to go to a T14 from a state school.

You’ll have an even shot at every school except Yale and Stanford. Although they are still possible, because they tend to be more hollistic than the rest of the T14 your chances will be limited from a school that is not a top undergrad simply because students from the top UG schools often have access to the top hooks they are looking for.
