<p>karp - you are correct - I only couted one semester of the top meal plan -so total costs are understated in my email by about 2K (for in state and out of state). We're close to 30K OOS!<br>
Regarding OOS tuition at UNC: yeah it's quite a bargain but good luck to most non-residents trying to get in - we didn't even try.</p>
