<p>Penn State has a top-notch geography graduate program. I'm considering applying there next year. Isn't the housing for Univ of California ridiculous? I attend UC Los Angeles, and it's not any better- $13,000 dorm room was what I was offered. The OOS tuition definitely gives private colleges a run for their money!</p>
