<p>It mostly depends on the curriculum which the colleges find through course descriptions and also, the kind of classes you take</p>

<p>With a 3.1, I seriously doubt that any of the schools you listed would accept you as a transfer student.</p>

<p>William and Mary kills many schools in terms of prestige. It is a very top LAC</p>
<p>A 3.1 is very good at WM.</p>
<p>if your curriculum is solid, i think you will get in .</p>
