How much harder is college than high school

<p>Next year I am planning to attend UT Austin, but i need to make a 3.7 GPA or higher to hopefully get a transfer to the college of engineering. I am taking 4 AP classes this year and 2 honors classes and have taken AP and honors classes throughout high school.</p>

<p>I just wanted to know how much harder is college than high school? and would making a 3.7 gpa or higher in the 1st year of general and science related classes in college be hard?</p>
