<p>You want to compare the double major EECS+MSE with the single major ME? The double major will be quite a bit harder.</p>
<p>I don’t think the joint major is really worth it–you’d be better off investing your time in internships/research/etc. ME ranks with EECS and ChemE as the most versatile engineering major, so you should be in good shape if you just single-major in ME.</p>
<p>And I second Cupola’s comment that double majoring isn’t that useful.</p>
