<p>To get into UC Berkeley out-of-state? It really is my dream school, and I even flew out there did a summer program there last year. But I've heard they've rejected really well-rounded students from Cali from their school. I'm a URM whose native country is mali. Is it really a super reach for me regardless of my stats, ECs, sat, out of state?</p>

<p>I really hope you get in but most likely you have pratically no chance but since I do not know your SAT score and stats I cannot say but if you have above a 2250 you may have somewhat of a chance and so good luck</p>
