Hey everyone. Sorry that this isn't a thread about college admissions, for I have already been accepted to U of Rochester and have decided to go there, but I couldn't think of a better forum to post. Anyways, I got accepted to a fantastic school and I'm very pleased with it, but with the IB exams coming up, I'm a little worried. I'm a full IB diploma candidate, though I'm going to the States and I'm well aware that U.S. universities don't really care much about IB results, unless you request for college credit. At this point, I'm just curious if not doing well in the IB would jeopardize my acceptance. U.S. schools don't offer conditional acceptances as far as I know unlike European schools. I just don't want a bad IB score having a bad impact on my acceptance. I have already sent off my admission reply form as well as my enrollment deposit. In conclusion, will failing to get the IB diploma potentially revoke my acceptance? Thank you in advance.

Nope, don’t worry about it. They don’t get results until mid-late July, and only if you asked IB to send them. It only matters for credits
