How much longer will I stare at this status?!

Just got the in the coming days status. I guess today penn state finally decided to stop messing with everyones minds

My status changed to the coming days status today and I noticed underneath it talks about alternate campus’s and the information that used to be there on university park is now gone. My friend who also has the coming days status has information on university park still underneath her status. Does this mean anything? Does anybody remember if they had the alternate campus information and still got in to university park? Please help!

Mine still shows university park. I’m not sure what it means.

Coming Days here too!! FINALLY !!!

Still no coming days for me. I applied in October, but I’m in the middle yellow so I’m not very surprised. I also applied summer so it may be that they’re holding most of the summer admissions to the end (I know that some summer people have gotten in, but I have to have some hope!). The good news is I got into Pitt months ago so it makes the waiting a bit less painful since I’m really undecided between the two schools. Anyone have any thoughts between the 2?

I finally got the coming days status this past thursday! hopefully I will hear today or tomorrow! and mine still says UP housing information … I am not sure if it means anything honestly that they changed yours to the alternate campus … I have no idea though … good luck to everyone! it’s been such a long wait! (I applied at the end of September and they had all my stuff the first week of October). and to PA2015 … Basically Pitt and PSU are both great schools but it just comes down to what you like … Pitt is a city school, PSU is a huge campus with tons of people in a rural area … also, for me at least … distance is a big thing … pitt is over 5 hours for me and PSU is a little over 3 … so I would prefer to stay closer. I hope I helped a little! Congrats on getting in to Pitt by the way!

According to thier facebook page, they do not update your status on weekends, sounds like you will have to wait until Monday at the earliest!! Good Luck !!!

AHHHHHHHHHH I HATE WAITING!!! but good luck to all of you. :)

Just so you know, my daughters status changed from ‘coming days’ to Accepted last weekend either late saturday or early Sunday. So you never know…

Still have the same “as soon as one is made” status since mid October…I feel like this thing is not gonna change until the 31st…

nittany419: Mine still displays info about UP, so I dunno what’s up with yours.

So it is only the two of us so far that have had the campus change. What are your stats? My daughter is a 3.5, 29 ACT/1900 SAT, Editor of School Paper, President of Service club, etc.

winnniiee My son goes to Pitt. He is undecided and the way Pitt’s programs are it is easier to move around, double major, etc. Sounds like we are the same distance. Five hours is a haul, but the flights from Philly to Pitt are $59 if you book ahead and Pitt actually shuttles the kids back and forth. Megabus sells seats starting at $10. He loves Pitt - lot’s to do.

Coming day status!!! So excited!

WOOOO GOT COMING DAYS! Ive been on this thread since the first page…

does your information below your status say university park information or alternate campus information?

I heard that sometimes if it switched to alternate campus info and picture that means you got accepted into the campus I believe a few people on college con said that happened to them mine stayed up the whole time and I was accepted to university park like a month ago. Goodluck to everyone.

coming days status change!!!
mine’s still the UP info though

Nittany, I wouldn’t take that as a definite on anything. You could still get into UP. Anything could happen. Did you choose a selective major?

Yesterday/Today seems to have been a big “coming days” status, I got it also. My picture and information below is still University park, and my stats are a 4.0 GPA and 2000 SAT
