for an Economics degree? I know of the basic courses. I'm not really sure about taking the mixed Math/Econ quantitative concentration, but to be successful in upper division econ courses, how much mathematical aptitude is required? I know up to Diff Eqs and Linear Algebra is recommended, but what after that?

I don't think much after that is required but i do think it would help you out in the long run if you keep taking more advanced math.

Calc 4 or 5

with Physics 6 or 7

Depends on whether you want to pursue graduate study. If you want to go straight into business and forget about quant analysis and research, calc 2 is all you need for most econ classes. If you want to get a Ph.D, you would want linear algebra and differential equations and possibly a course on probability for some of the 500+ level classes. Most econ Ph.D's will tell you that it's easy for a math person to pick up the econ but not the other way around. Also note that econometrics might have lax prerequisites depending on what school you go to, but generally the ones with the strong math background excel.
