<p>It addresses the Ivys, which attract conservatory and above talent, including a number who have played professionally already.</p>
<p>If you consider your talent of conservatory level regardless of genre (if you can assume you would be competitive at Berklee, USC/Thornton, Belmont on an audition based admit) then submit. Otherwise, it is probably not worth the effort.</p>
