How much money did Cornell give you in financial aid?

I didn't get mine yet.

Not enough. Something like $7000 in loans and work study, which is completely ridiculous. I'm going to be in so much debt if I decide to go.

no grants? What is your EFC roughly?

Bibsburg, my EFC is something like 22k (which is already ridiculous), and Cornell wrote that my parents' contribution should be 38k. I think I'm going to call their financial aid office and ask for more aid because I really want to go but I can't afford to.

I got 22, 000 in grants and $5,000 in loans. My parent contribution is 3500.

I got 25k in grants and 10k in loans. Parents' contribution is 10k. Paulchem, how much do your parents make?

My mom makes 43000

There are 5 kids in our family, and we qualified for about a grand in loans. EFC was 48K.

I got 28k in grant and some other in loans.

i got pretty much everything plus two private scholarships so its a full ride

I got a 20K grant plus two private scholarships. EFC was 19K.

i got 22,000 in a cornell grant, 10,000 in loans, EFC 10,000. not bad at all
