How much more difficult is it this year?

So I already know I am on the bubble of getting in. I have a 3.45 UW and a 27 ACT, although i have taken AP Psych (passed with a 5) and took 3 honors courses last year and 4 honors this year.
I’ve noticed the people getting in already have solid gpa/act scores and I’m not really too concerned, but my question is how much more difficult is it this year?
I’m in state and most people from my school have success getting in, but i suppose that is subject to change. Btw, my Ecs are good (job/sports/community service etc)

Any thoughts?

The standard keeps going up every year. When I was a freshmen in 2009, the average ACT score for the most recent admitted freshman class was more like a 27, and now it is a 28.1.

If you are not okay with going to one of the regional campuses, I would make sure you apply to a safety school too, since your GPA is low for OSU and your ACT is below average for the most recent freshmen class.
