How much of an impact does Questbridge have during Regular Decision Applications?

I am a QB NCM Finalist but decided to apply to a school SCEA instead of doing the rankings. The rest of my schools are QB schools and I am applying to them through QB RD. How important is being QB? Do AO put a lot of weight on it?
