<p>One the only reasons I don’t complain about my parents is that they’re my financial safety. I don’t mind that I have to work a lot to help out, but some of their rules are just really annoying and I hate that I don’t have any money of my own so I don’t have to go to my parents and beg them for some money to go out with friends. They trust me, kind of. Well, they think they can trust me. I’m very careful about keeping some things secret.</p>
<p>I’ve also found that I need to plan my social life meticulously because my parents don’t believe in me seeing friends more than once every 2-ish week. So I gather up my invitations for the coming weeks and pick one. 
But on that same note, when I do go out, I’ve got no rules whatsoever. I can come home as late as I want and be with whomever I please as long as I answer my cell phone if they want to check up.</p>
