How much will a grammar mistake, capitalization error, and a spelling mistake in the activities section of CA affect the admissions officer’s outlook on me? I spelt one word wrong, and didnt capitalize some words, and I forgot to erase the “d” after prepared bc it was suppose to be in present tense.

It probably won’t make a difference for the vast majority of colleges, who accept the vast majority of applicants. It might well make a difference at selective colleges, where a poor initial impression will prevent your application from advancing through the sorting process.

You shouldn’t worry at all- your application is submitted and you cannot do anything about it now- although I’m sure you will be fine. Spending time and energy worrying would be unproductive/hurtful.
