<p>I have the default $2000 something plan... How much should I spend a day to last me the quarter?</p>
<p>11 weeks in a quarter, so approximately $26 a day.</p>

<p>^Yes really. adl0816 is right, it’s about 12 something dollars a day. In the dining halls they have charts to show where you should be for how much money you have left to see if you’re on track.</p>
<p>So I had heard that the food at the Muir Dining Hall was the best on campus but I was disappoitnrd to see that there isn’t much variety. Which. Other dining hall is good?</p>
<p>Idk about you guys but I spent $5 alone on a friggin’ small salad yesterday… I honestly felt that dreaded Aleks program for chem 6A was a better deal…</p>
<p>I remember I ate a lot of burgers, fries, and spaghetti… Although I think the prices on all of them have been raised.</p>
<p>OVT is the best dining hall IMO, followed by Cafe V</p>
<p>Pines is pretty good. I had a mango/fried shrimp/brown rice burrito wrap the other day. Good stuff… :D</p>
<p>Back when I was a freshman, our plans were $1800/year and most of my friends ended up with an exceptional amount of money left over.</p>
<p>If you eat off-campus, go home, or even attempt cooking, you’ll notice that you’ll save quite a few credits on your meal plans.</p>
