how much sleep do you get each night on avg?

<p>on school days i usually sleep at 3-4 and wake up at 7..
some of my friends go to sleep at 10-11, and some of my friends sleep around the same time as me.. just wanted to see how much others slept.</p>

<p>One day I won’t sleep, the next I will sleep ten hours. That just cycles.</p>

<p>I’m trying to do 7-8. It’s working well on break, and hopefully it will when school starts back on next Tuesday. I am hoping I can stick with 11 pm to 7 am.</p>

<p>I’m one of those people that rarely gets tired, without coffee or energy drinks or anything, and I feel my best when I get about five hours of sleep. I’m kinda sluggish if I get more than 7 hours. </p>

<p>Until this term started (senior winter when grades no longer matter), I got about five on average (2 AM - 7 AM). Now I try to be asleep around 11, so that would be eight hours a night. I’m usually tired no matter how much sleep I get.</p>

Hourse 2-3
Go to Sleep 4:00-6:00 or maybe never

<p>I’m glad I’m not alone!
I keep a sleep log for *****s and giggles. Last month, I averaged 4 hours on school nights, and this month it’s around 5 hours. I usually go to bed around 1am now.</p>

Wake Up: 5 AM to 6 AM</p>

<p>Nothing at all to do with homework. Just stress.</p>

<p>Pfft. I would kill for 3 hours of sleep. I have seasonal insomnia and I LOATHE winter. </p>

<p>Last Thursday night I got 0 hours of sleep. Went to school and got maybe 1 hour of sleep in class but then I had swim practice I HAD to go to and being in the water with no sleep is absolutely horrible. And then, I had to wake up (with 5 hours of sleep) and go to an 8 hour swim meet. I got some sleep on Sunday but Monday wasn’t so great. </p>

<p>I’m looking on average 3-5 hours of sleep each night (if i’m lucky). Some days I can get to sleep okay but I always wake up during the night and have many weird sleeping disorders. </p>

<p>When the weather is nice outside, I go running in like 2 AM. ■■■■■</p>

<p>I feel like there are a lot of threads with CCers passively competing about the amount of sleep they get…</p>

So I sleep from 11-4…! :)</p>

<p>anywhere from 3 to nine. I’m cool like that :slight_smile: I am in bed by 11:30, but it’s all a matter of when I actually turn the light off/can fall asleep.</p>

Go to sleep between 11:30pm-3am
Wake Up at 6am</p>

<p>Sunday Morning:
Go to sleep around 12ish
Wake Up between 9am-11am</p>
