<p>At the moment I go to sleep around twelve and wake up at around eight thirty. But I don’t sleep in that much most times of the year.</p>
<p>Damn. And I thought I had an F’d up sleeping schedule lol …
On average for school nights I get 3.5-4 hours probably. Five hours if I’m lucky.
On weekends I sleep probably 10-12 hours and the 'rents get mad ![]()
but hey, I need the hours on the weekends to rejuvenate myself from the lack of Zzzs.</p>

Hours: usually about 3
Sleep: 2 am-5 am
Wake: 6:30 am</p>
<p>Last night I went to bed at like 5. I was watching modern family.</p>
<p>I get 6 hours almost every night. 7 if I’m good about managing my time. 8 is too much for me and I’m dead the next day. </p>
<p>Fun fact: people that sleep 7 hours a night have a lower risk for cardiovascular disease. source: discovery channel. (I don’t know how reliable the study actually was though, so take it with a grain of salt. Just a possible positive side effect of not getting your full 8 hours.)</p>

<p>I typically sleep four hours, from 1-5:00am, then catch up on sleep (too bad you can’t store sleep, huh?) on weekeds for 14+ hours. It’s not exactly healthy nor enjoyable, but I manage to make sacrifices.</p>

<p>I do my self-studying on weekdays and homework on weekends.</p>

Sleep: 4pm to 12am</p>
<p>hours: 3-6. It varies. Very rarely will I get 1, but then I nap during the day [read: in class] :)</p>
<p>I’ve realized that when I do homework/college apps in the middle of the night I get more done, but I’m also very lax with my time. I’ll check facebook, CC (like right now), and the like. It’s some sort of balance, I guess haha.</p>
<p>lol. I don’t understand/envy the kids who are such good students and yet get so much sleep… teach me your ways!</p>

<p>On average, I get about 7 hours of sleep. I take a nap after school from 4-6 and go to bed at 2am and wake up at 7am. But sometimes I get less than that if there’s some essay or lab report due.</p>

<p>I think facebook browsing has much ado with the amount of sleep high school kids are getting these days.</p>
<p>How do some of you sleep that much?? I hate sleeping. I’m probably one of the only teenagers who will says that. I get like 4-5 hours a night, not because of business or whatever - I just can’t stand it.</p>

I love sleeping… but I only get 5 hours so I can learn Japanese/write for an hour each before school. I’m going to make my dreams turn into reality! ^_^</p>
<p>^ This amazes me. I can survive on 6 hours a day for a week, but then I start crashing. Hard. I suppose some people can do with less sleep, but I need my 8.5. I find that exercise helps keep you awake: I feel really awake after swim practice.</p>
<p>hahaha i agree with aisforanna. i absolutely HATE sleeping. honestly. i feel like i’m wasting my life if i spend it sleeping, you know what i mean? and it’s just kinda boring. xD</p>
