7-10

I wake up at 6 on M/W/F and 7:15 pm T/Th.

I usually go to bed around 10 or 11. 11:30 is really late for me.

Most kids at my high school get to bed by 1 or 2.

4-6 on school nights and 7-10 on weekends. I usually regret sleeping so little the next morning when I crawl out of bed, but that feeling never seems to last until nighttime when I repeat my mistake…

Weekday Hours: 6-9
Time: 10:30 PM or 11:30 PM-6:30 AM
Weekend Hours: 9-12 (lol…so not healthy)
Time: 11:30 PM or 1:00 AM to 10 AM or 11 AM

I sleep alot…and that number doesn’t even include the time I doze off on the bus or at school.
I think it runs in my family, since my mom is the same way. Coffee/tea puts me to sleep for some reason.

Go to bed at: any time from 10:00 - 11:30

Wake up at: any time from 5:00 - 7:30

Hours of sleep: ranging from 5.5 - 9.5 (generally about 7)

Got to bed at: 2:00 am

Wake up at: 5:30 am

Hours of sleep: 3-4 hours

I’m basically a zombie. But, I do take after school naps that help a lot. I really need to get into the habit of sleeping around 10.

Go to sleep 2-3 AM
Wake up at 9 or 10 depending on what classes I have that day.
About 7 hours.

F*** yeah college!

Oh and I get closer to 12 hours of sleep on weekends.

weekdays: 5-6 hours
go to bed: 12-1 AM
wakeup:6:20-6:45

though a lot of the time I makeup for it with naps and sleeping 12-13 hours on Saturday :)

About 6-7 hr. Sometimes 5 on a bad night. And sometimes 8 total if I have like a 3 hr nap.

Over the summer my sleep schedule is crazed. One night I will go to bed at 9pm and wake up at 4 then the next I will got bed at 2am and wake up at 8am.

During the school year, Sleep at 11pm wake up at 630am. I need my sleep.

I have often thought about becoming a chemist or something of the like so that I could invent a pill that drastically limits if not eradicates the need to sleep.

My summer sleep schedule is worse. Try going to sleep at 7AM and waking up past 3PM.

Hours: 2-5
Time: 3-5 AM
Wake up: 7 AM

Feels good man. The house is all quiet and I can work without distractions. Plus, sleep is a total waste of time.

5-6, though I’m aiming for 7-8 this semester (and daily naps!).

5-7 and way more on the weekends usually. I’m trying to get more this semester but there’s so many more distractions now that I’ve given up on doing the majority of my homework lol.

Oh, I have. ![]()
I even reverted to a less extreme version of this over winter break–sleep at about 5am, wake at like 2.

Do you guys sleep so late because you just don’t feel tired, you’re relaxing/winding down (watching TV for instance) and you’d rather do this than sleep, you procrastinate, or you really have that much work?

Most of the time it’s that I don’t feel tired and am procrastinating/doing everything but homework and then just rushing through it at like midnight and getting not enough sleep. I know I could do myself a huge favor by going to sleep earlier and cutting down on the procrastination but my body just won’t go to sleep before 12 most of the time
Even (sometimes especially) when I work out like crazy. My circadian rhythm is messed up I guess.

Yeah my circadian rhythms are completely off. I never feel tired at night so I always end up sleeping at 3/4 AM even if I don’t have work to do. When I do have homework I avoid it till around midnight, attempt to start it, then tell myself I’ll do it during lunch the next day. (I’m doing that right now in fact.) There’s just something addictive about staying up late late late.

^Haha me too!

I’ll be like, do I want to watch some TV or do I want to just go to bed and be well rested?
I generally prioritize relaxing and winding down to getting adequate sleep. Lol.

This. Night is so much better than daytime.

For some reason, the internet seems infinitely more entertaining when you know you should be getting to bed. I hardly ever go to bed at the same time in two days, but earliest is 10pm and latest about 2:30am, regardless of weekday or weekend.

I get 8-10 normally. Go to bed around 8/9/10/11 get up around 7/8/9 depending on if I have a first period that day and how tired I am the night before. It’s nice. I can’t function on any less than eight. I just can’t do it.
