<p>8/9 hrs... I really don't need to stay up that late, and I'd probably drop dead at school with less than 7 or so.</p>
<p>it fluctuates...yesterday, i intended to take a nap. instead i fell asleep for 13 hours and woke up at 6 in the morning.</p>
<p>Usually 7 1/2...12 - 7:30 or so. I just decide to stop doing my work and go to sleep at around 12 or so..Although I have pulled a few all-nighters/gone to bed at 4 in the morning.</p>
<p>residential high school + internet = distractions until 1 AM when internet shuts off.</p>
<p>that leaves me with starting on hw mostly at 1ish and going to bed usualyl around 2-3ish.. so usually 4-5 hours of sleep</p>
<p>6.5-8 hrs on weekdays</p>
<p>10 - 16 hrs on weekends</p>
<p>I feel SO guilty about getting about 3 hours of sleep per night. Does anyone know the serious health effects from sleep deprivation?</p>
<p>usually about 6-7 hours of sleep but I've been staying up so late for AP tests (which is stupid i know) so about 5-6 this week! I rarely sleep in on the weekends because it completely screws me up and I'd never get up come Monday.</p>

<p>last semester, i got barely 5-6 hours; this semester 8-9 hours. I don't care anymore...that was my initial reason for sleeping, now after seeing the side effects (greater mental capacity, able pay attention more, greater ability to concentrate, i learn better (e.i. able to memorize facts at will...omg!)), i'm addicted to sleeping. I'll blow off HW and friends for sleep anytime!</p>

<p>used to get 6 and now since it's ap exams and i have no homework, i get 9 and wake up at 5am... grr.. it's so hard to adjust time tables.</p>

<p>usually 4 or 5 hours during week days... I sleep in 'till about 12-2 on weekends leaving me with about 11 or 12 hours of sleep. The other night though, for some reason, I was unimaginably tired and fell asleep at 7:30 PM!!! What's weird though is that when I woke up the next day, I was even more tired than before.</p>

<p>I get an average of 6 or 7 maybe, which can be usually at the least about 4 a night. Though most days I come home and nap for about an hour and a half, sometimes 2, sometimes.....14 or 15 hours.....</p>
