25-30 hours

I didn’t think working would be considered an ‘extra-curricular’…

And 30, okay, I can see how… But 40-50? Yeahhh, i find that highly unlikely.

@dfree124 And i’m about 99 percent sure the most you can work is 8 hrs, like you said…

~25 hrs/ week (excluding sat & sun) during rugby season.
~18 hours/ week (excluding sat & sun) without rugby.

Your skepticism is reasonable as I believe most students work around 20hr/week (probably child labor restrictions). However, because I work for my parents FOR NO PAY, limits on working time = does not exist. For the sake of my reputation…here’s a lil’ explanation.

weekdays 6hrs (4-10pm) * 3 days minimum= 18 (if i work 4days=24hrs)
weekends saturday 13 hrs (10am-11pm)+7hr Sunday=20 hrs
clubs+volunteer stuff~10hrs
average time on work+ecs=(18+20)+10=48hr

There are 168 hrs/ week. School takes 35hrs. ECS+Work 48hrs=83hrs
168-83=85hrs=time for driving, doing hmk, eating, & sleeping.

See, 40-50 is possible. :D

Off-season, probably no more than 5 to 8 hours. If it’s tennis season, you can probably add another 8 to 10 hours. If it’s wrestling season, I’ll probably spend an additional 35 to 50 hours, depending on what we have going on. Tournaments alone are anywhere from 8 hours for a small tournament to ~20 hours if you have you a decent-sized tournament, whereas some tournaments literally take up the entire weekend.

Stayed after school for 5 hours today. Freshman year, I had to manage 50 hours of robotics/week.
