How much time to study for Math II

I'll be taking it in October and was wondering how much time I needed to study for? I took AB Calc this year and got a 5, but I thought that calc was easier junior year than trig was soph.

Thank you

just review topics u forgot and use progs to get an easy 800

1 week and you'll ace it

just take a practice test, see what concepts you forgot, and reread those sections in a math 2c book. remember it's a good idea to guess on this test - the curve allows you to get 3-4 questions wrong and still get an 800.

lol you can get like 8 wrong and still get an 800

You don't need to practice much for the Math IIC if you are pretty good at math and take the higher level math classs at your high school (Pre-calc and above) already. I think I only prepped for a few days beforehand and ended up with an 800. Two of my friends took it on the same day without that much prep and I think both of them got 800s as well.

Make sure you are familiar with your calculator. Whether you are using a TI-84 or TI-89, knowing how to use your calculator is a definite help as far as the test goes.

I agree with ^, and success on calc doesn't always equate to SAT math success. If you have a good foundation knowledge of geometry, trig, and algebra II, it shouldn't be so hard to learn the probability and logic questions from the test.....the only real way to determine your prep-level, of course, is to take a practice test ....goodluck
