How much UC-Econ GPA considered good/average/bad?

<p>I just transfered to one of the UCs. I need some guidelines whether how much GPA is considered 'good' at the UCs? and how much is considered 'average'? </p>

<p>Personally, I think >= 3.8 is considered 'excellent', >= 3.5 is 'good'. But I have no idea what is the average, especially for the Econ major.</p>

<p>** PS. only UC's GPA, excluding GPA from CC.</p>

3.0+ decent
2.0+ graduating</p>
