How much will a bad score hurt?

Hello, I'm wondering whether or not a 3 in AP Biology and a 3 in AP Environmental Science will hurt in college admissions. These classes were self-studied, so I just walked in on test day and took the the AP exam. My dream school is MIT; along with all the other ivies, how much will these 2 scores hurt? I'm almost certain that I'll get 5's on every other AP (Physics C, Calculus BC, Psychology, USH, US.gov, etc.).

ap scores do not affect admissions. I am only applying to UC’s so this may not be the same at other schools, but i thing that it is the same at most schools

bump please!

AP scores are self-reported, so you don’t have to share the 3’s if you don’t want to. At top schools (such as MIT), AP scores are used primarily to provide context to your grades. This, in practice, implies that they are used to get a sense of whether your school has grade inflation or deflation. For example, a student with all A’s in AP classes but an average of 3 or so on the corresponding tests probably has a grade-inflating high school.

Because you self-studied those tests, the scores will not hurt you at all if you do decide to mention them on the application.
