A little about me:

GPA: 3.55 unweighted (without grades I recieved my sophomore year during two simultaneous concussions that lasted for about seven months, this would be MUCH higher)
3 APs with A's in all my junior year

ACT: 36 composite, perfect in every section first time

Sports:
JV Field Hockey, 4 yrs (by end of senior year), captain all four years
Varsity Ice Hockey, 3 yrs (by end of senior year), assistant captain junior year

EC's:
President of 4 clubs (book, astronomy, leadership club for incoming students, greyhound rescue) for at least two years in each, participated/will participate in all of the above for four years, in addition to being members of two more for two years
200+ hours of volunteering

My only hooks are that I'm a female first generation interested in the hard sciences.

So what I'm wondering is, will first generation status and the fact that my guidance counselor is writing an extensive section on my concussion complications (couldn't even read for two months) help me in applying to schools like Northwestern, WashU in StL, etc? I appreciate ALL advice and if you honestly think the answer is no, I promise not to be defensive or upset. Thanks :)
