<p>I'm a junior in philly, and just applied to the Summer Leadership Seminar at West Point. How much will that improve my chances to say, Rice, if I actually got in? </p>
<p>I have a 3.8 GPA, tons of APs/honors classes (but don't have amazing grades in them), and a fair amount of extracurriculars. </p>
<p>I'm taking the SAT in March and aiming for a 1420-1450 (at least a 2200).</p>
<p>I'm interested in: Rice, Berkeley, Davidson, Vanderbilt, and Emory. </p>
<p>I'm also doing another week long program in the summer called Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week, which deals with business and communications.</p>
<p>Am I dreaming too much? Or do you think I have a solid shot?</p>
