<p>I just got 3 C's as final grades on my report card. There are 2 D's as quarter grades in the year. If my grades really improve next year would I be ok?</p>
<p>3 Cs second semester junior year is BAD. Unless you have a good reason or can pull a complete 180 and ace first semester senior year, you're going to be in trouble.</p>
<p>One C is OK. Especially in 9th or 10th grades. 3 in what is essentially the most important semester for college admissions well...that's a problem.</p>

<p>the D's wont matter unless ur school sends individual quarter grades on ur transcript which I have never heard of.
the C's will matter. 3 is not a very good number. However it depends where u are applying. 3 C's for all 4 years of high school is ok for most schools except mayby the ivies and several other top schools</p>
