Hi guys. I'm currently a senior and I'm now one week into my senior year, taking 5 ap courses. This week I realized how tough my schedule really is, and have been looking for classes to switch/drop to lighten my course load a bit and the only option is moving from ap calculus down into honors calculus. How much will this hurt my app if I'm looking to major in computer science? The top schools I'm looking at are umich, unc chapel hill, umd, university of Florida, and UVA

Definitely take AP Calc BC if you’re looking to do comp sci. What are the other AP’s you’re doing? Perhaps you could drop another instead.

I’m also in ap physics, ap Econ, ap comp sci, and ap Spanish (the other one I’m considering dropping)

You’ll definitely want to take the AP Calc class. Why don’t you drop Spanish instead?
