<p>berk eecs students manage 8 hours or more on a regular basis, or at least the handful of my friends that went to berk. don't see why ucla should be any different.</p>

<p>I've heard that Berkeley EECS students have the least amount of units compared to the other engineering majors at Berkeley. I heard this from a 2nd and 3rd year student there I'm not sure if it's true. Also that their requirements are 120 units which is exactly 4 years whereas UCLA has a few more extra classes than 4 years.</p>
