How much would an art supplement help for me? (Example inside)

Ideally, I'd like to apply to Pomona with an art supplement to make up for my lack of ECs and maybe Stanford as a long shot. However, I have heard that the level of skill needed in a portfolio for it to actually increase your chances of getting in (if you lack the typical academic achievements) is extremely high.

I have been searching for examples of art supplements which are considered qualified, but I failed to find any. I know the entire area of what is considered "good enough" is somewhat vague, but I was wondering if any one you could at least tell me if I should try to submit an art supplement?

Here's some examples taken with a low quality scanner/ camera.

Thank you in advance!

very nice, esp the last two! From what I know, which isnt much, is that you need to submit something from in front of you, something interpretive, and something else. I would email the art dept at Pomona and say - " as I am putting my portfolio together, would you please let me know what types of work and how many examples I should include in it". I would also look at the art dept website in the academics/majors portion of each college and see if they have anything about that.
