<p>this is closer to what the numbers are around here. i guess, if anything, that i would change upper to maybe a little higher and just widen the middle class section, but honestly, i wouldn’t know what to consider upper income.</p>
<p>and plattsburgh - you can live on $25,000, depending on where you live and how big your family is. granted, you’re not gonna live extravagantly, but you can manage. it’s a very day-to-day thing, though.</p>
<p>as for myself - my parents make a combined income of just over $30,000, and there’s 6 people in my household (parents, brother, sister, grandma, and me). we live relatively comfortably, but yeah, we know that we’re at the low end of the income scale. my parents can’t really afford to save money (although they probably should) - my mom probably has about $400 in the bank right now, and even that is optimistic. i’ve pretty much promised myself that i won’t be as horrible at saving money as my parents…</p>
