Will graduate with 11 AP’s
Am my schools Career Technology Education student of the year
And I had a paid internship at a civil eng firm
I have a very basic essay and I’m running short on time. Do I need to make it a really good essay or will I be fine with a mediocre one?
If you want to get in, polish your essay. Make sure it’s to the point, without flourish, but interesting and true to yourself.
Lots of kids with your stats don’t get into UIUC, especially for anything CS/math/Engineering - look at the Results thread.
Are you in state? What major is your first choice?
