All the time, but I don’t really care. I prefer to be alone, actually.

For me, it varies. If I’m writing a paper, I have to be by myself either in the library or alone in my room - the same goes if I need to study for a big test. But, during an average day, I spend anywhere from 2 to 5 hours alone. I’d rather be with people, but sometimes I have to spend a few hours by myself reading or doing homework.

Unfortunately not often. I live with 4 other people and with the addition of our friends, it feels like there’s always people in and out of the apartment. It doesn’t affect me too much though, if I get to the point where I absolutely must have some alone time, I’ll definitely just go to the library or something.

I am a commuter, so do I count? LOL. I spend a lot of time on campus. I try to be home by at least 7pm on weekdays to watch TV and study. I do study at school as well though. On the weekends I am at school sometimes. I am usually with someone except between some classes.

So say I am at school for 6 hours a day I am probably alone around 2 hours.

All the time! And not by choice =/

a lot =[
going to classes and then hw time
almost all day?
then i go workout @ the gym by myself
but weekend times r pretty fun too. i hang with friends then.
my roommate is hardly ever here, but shes cool.

There have been maybe 3 moments since starting college that I’ve felt mentally “not alone” and although I spend maybe 2 hours a day physically alone it’s not significantly different from being around most people–in fact it’s better because I can just let myself be.

I didn’t include it when I said mine. I study anywhere from 4-8 hours a day, but I am in class almost nonstop from 10am to 6pm so studying doesn’t start until after that.

I commute. Most of the time I’m alone unless I spot someone I know in the hall. I spend most of my free time reading random books in the library (maybe and hour or two each day I’m at school).

rarely. I usually study in my room, and my roommate is there some of the time. I’d guess I’m actually alone maybe 1-2 hours per day, but sometimes I’ll take walks. There’s a ton of people around, but I’m still kind of by myself.

I’ve recently discovered I’m a person who really likes their alone time, so I have a lot of it a day. :] Around 4 hours a day, and then more of homework/study alone time. After work and class I like to just go in my room, close the door and relax, alone. This is especially true on Tuesdays and Thursdays when I have class from 9:30am-9:00pm, with weird breaks in between. I usually don’t see my friends on those days. =P

I’m also in a single, so that helps a lot. If I’m feeling lonely or want to hang out, I just go find a friend down the hall or call someone, or leave my door open.

“For me at community college, I’m pretty much alone all the time. I need a friend.”

You and me both, bjt223!!

I’ve made some friends at cc but I still need to get to know them and exchange #s. I honestly don’t like being alone often, unlike most of you. I’m a social person. Sadly 2 of my classes CONSTANTLY give homework like high school so I CONSTANTLY have work looming over my head! Ugh! So during my 2-3 hours of spare time I watch tv or work out.

But yeah, I’m ALWAYS alone because my friends all went to universities, I’m doing HW, and my parents are doing their own thing. Can’t wait to transfer!

I spend a good portion of “alone time” in my car. Driving fast with some nice smooth trance remixes at night is perhaps the most calming and relaxing, a nice escape from the drama and whatnot of college life.

I spend most of my time around people, but interaction is usually kept to a minimum. I feel like I don’t have anything in common with anybody at school, so I just don’t talk to anybody.

Agreed, it’s hard to beat trance both for relaxation and getting oneself motivated. Best.Genre.Ever.
