And I thought I was the only UC transfer who took the CHSPE after junior year. High school is a joke.

I heard theyāre supposed to plaster those CHSPE posters around school, but I never saw a single one. I hated high school.

I took it during the 10th grade year, but honestly, I didnāt go to high schoolā¦I went to this place once a week to turn in some high school-esq things. I didnāt score perfect on the CHSPEā¦didnāt really care much. (I accidentally studied for the CAHSEE thinking it was the CHSPE. I got perfect score on that one.)

High school IS a jokeā¦I used to be unable to say that until I got my transfer acceptances to UCSD, UCLA, and Cal. x)

18 and a junior =]

Psh, the CHSPE is a joke. I massacred that thing. I think I got one wrong in the whole exam and I got a 5 on the essay.

nick, did you take it your first year of eligibility? I think itās after 10th grade or when you turn 16.

Yes I took it mid-way sophomore year. I was 15.

<----32

yes, i know the answer is 9 pages late.

Itās out of 5, right? Yeah, I got perfect on th essay, then. But honestly, I didnāt care as long as I passed, no one looks at those scores anyway.

bbbbbbbbump

24, Iāll be 25 in october. I can buy a-a-a-a-alcoholā¦ not that college kids have any problems getting it anyway! Blame it on the vodka! Blame it on the Henny! Blame it on theā¦uhmā¦booskaps gotta wittum isky??

21, turning 22 in dec :)

26, going on 27 before the fall quarter starts.

I thought high school was a joke too. If I had known how to test out when I was a freshman, I certainly would have done so. Too bad I spent so many years doing graphic design instead actively pursuing a BA, or else I would have had my Ph.D. in anthro by now.

Good for you younger set for realizing the crappiness of high school. Spread the word.

for those of you who started cc early on, good for you. highschool is a joke :P

i find it so halarious when i come across people who put their noses up to the idea of going to a cc. has anyone else encountered this? its really annoying.

^ yeah I run into people like that occasionally. Theyāll find any reason to turn snobby, so if they didnāt turn their noses up to community college, theyād find some other reason to do so. They secretly hate themselves on the inside, so thereās no reason to let it bother youā¦ it IS a little annoying though, haha.

actually that happened to everyone in my hs, where the teachers, counselors and every students make you feel like CC is the worst thing for HS grads, lol, because everyone was very competitive and taking AP classes etcā¦ its annoying lol
well, i saved tons of money and still do fine by going thru CCā¦ So proud lol

Iāve spent 3 years at my CC, so I am 21.
