How quickly does IDOC process packages?

We sent IDOC a package which USPS confirms was delivered on Friday, February 27. Today is March 3. Yet, the status page on IDOC shows no materials received. I realize that IDOC receives a lot of mail around March 1.

Could those of you who have experience with IDOC say how quickly does IDOC process information and does it show your status updated quickly? How long did it take IDOC to show it had processed your information.

Thanks.

A time line for our documents:
mailed (USPS 1st class): 2/17/09
IDOC status updated to “received” on the 24th (even though they’d had them a while - their status page showed they were actually received by IDOC on 2/19/09)
The college board states that it will report the received by date to colleges - in our case 2/19.

Timeline of IDOC:
2/23: Sent to Collegeboard via Express Mail (3 days)
2/26: Received by Collegeboard
3/2: Processed and made available to the participating colleges

Sent to IDOC 2 day priority 2/24
Received by IDOC 2/26 (though it was only updated on the status page today 3/3, yesterday it still said nothing received)
Available to Colleges 3/3

Mine was received 8 days later.

I have the exact same problem.
Sent: Feb. 25
USPS Delivery Confirm: Feb.
IDOC Status: NO MATERIALS RECEIVED.

I sent them an email. No response from IDOC. Anyone have any ideas?
Does IDOC have a phone number…

Mailed 2/17
Received 2/20
Available to schools 2/25

But the website said No Materials Received–until I just checked it now. Looks like it’s taking some time to update the website in some cases.

My son’s college showed the IDOC materials received before IDOC updated their own site showing them as received. Ha!

The College Board notified you on: 02-03-2009
The College Board received your IDOC documents on: 02-12-2009
I sent mine about a week before they received it

IDOC Status on March 10: Not Received

IDOC Status on March 11:
Mailed (first class mail, not priority) IDOC on Friday, Feb 27 (live less than 100 miles from IDOC address).
IDOC Received: Monday, March 2
Date available to College: Wednesday, March 11

Note: The school’s website says IDOC is due March 1, the IDOC website shows the due date as March 2 (IDOC Requirements Page)

so are we ****ed if idoc doesn’t have our materials processed yet? i sent my stuff with adequate time for processing and nothing is showing up…starting to panic…

From the IDOC website …

The College Board notified you on: 02-03-2009
[Mailed (via first-class mail): 02-06-2009]
The College Board received your IDOC documents on: 02-10-2009
Date Available to University: 02-16-2009

About a 2 week turn-around process for us.

what is IDOC?

If you don’t know what it is, that means you have saved yourself a lot of grief!

If your school’s financial aid office requires you to file a CSS Profile through the College Board site, the school may also ask that you provide tax documents to it to verify the figures on the CSS Profile that you filled out. Many schools use the IDOC process–all tax forms are sent to the College Board (IDOC). The College Board will then send the documents out to every school on your Profile list.

That way, you only send your documents out once (to IDOC) and you won’t have to send the documents to each of your schools.

oh snap…actually my school requires the profile but not the IDOC process…however I think I actually did this stuff when I applied to uPenn…(I don’t go there)
