How realistic to consider transferring to Purdue Aerospace engineering from Northwest(Calumet)?

I have been denied by Purdue aerospace engineering as a freshman. Since I can’t give up my dream to study aerospace engineering at Purdue, I am considering to attend Purdue Northwest (Former: Calumet) to seek the opportunities to transfer to West Lafayette campus. However, I think it might be very hard to transfer to aerospace due to its high requirements and limited space.

Is my plan realistic?
How hard is the internal (from regional campuses) transfer student admission to aerospace engineering at Purdue?
Have you ever seen someone successfully transferred to the aerospace program like this?
If not, what else can I do? ( I don’t mind to go to another university if I can still study aerospace engineering.)

Thank you so much!

I think you want this forum:

I want to transfer there too. Do you have application submitted? I got denied for the Spring semester, and I am trying again for the Fall Semester
