How respected are degrees from american schools in europe?

I’m a senior and thinking of schools to apply to. Are degrees from schools like the American university of rome, John Cabot Univerisity and the American university of paris respected in the U.S. Is it hard to find jobs after getting degrees from these schools. Are they worth considering over schools in the U.S. My ACT is 33 are their any scholarships these schools would give me? Thanks
