How rigorous are my EC's compared to most people applying to top tier colleges/universities?

Hello, I am not asking anyone to chance me, but would like to know how impressed college admission officers would be if I applied w/ the following EC’s, and if some of these things are worth listing on my resume:

Competitive/Dedicated figure skater 12 years, 16 hours a week and a regional competitor
Figure skating group lessons instructor at philadelphia ice rink for 2.5 years
Figure skating group lessons at wilmington ice rink for 1.5 years and worked here and philly at the same time
Ice Instructor for children with mental illnesses (the adaptive program) at philadelphia ice rink 2.5 years
around 75 hours volunteering as assistant ice instructor at philadelphia ice rink 1 year
50 hours volunteering for the lost dog rescue foundation

I don’t know how you compare to others, but it sounds like you have been very involved, successful and passionate about skating. That’s a very good thing. I bet it would be especially helpful if you were applying to schools with ice rinks and figure skating clubs. You would find that in New England and other cold weather states. You would be an asset to those schools. I could see someone like you being president of their skating club, a part-time skating instructor, etc. Start researching schools with rinks.
