How selective are they? Do I have a chance?

3.2 GPA
27 ACT
6 AP classes
No legacy or anything
TONS of EC's (Class president, varsity captain's of several sports, leaders of tomorrow,etc.)
Applying to CLA for political science major. I've heard mixed things on how selective they are, do i have a chance?</p>
