I'm currently in Canada, and I finished my Grade 9, 10, and 11 in a US system school. I took the SAT twice and I got:

540 Critical Reading, 600 Math, 760 Writing

570 Critical Reading, 650 Math, 610 Writing(Good Multiple choice, bad essay :/)

So my best score is 1900, and my superscore is 1980. All my grade 11 grades are A+, including English(Focus on Language Arts), Math(Pre-Calculus), Advanced Chemistry, Computer Science, French, Physical Education, and Art.

My Grade 9 grades were around a 3.5 GPA average, and my Grade 10 grades were about a 3.3-3.4 Average(I stopped being an idiot in Grade 11, and focused on school), my GPA for grade 11 is a 4.

I should get around a 3.9-4 GPA in Grade 12 if I continue in my american US system though. I want to enter Computer Science in University of Waterloo, or Computer Engineering in University of Toronto. If that isn't possible, then my backup is York University, and If computer science/computer engineering doesn't work out, then I'll study Kinesiology.

I'm planning to take SAT II Subject Tests Mathematics Level 1 and/or Level 2, and Biology. Hoping to score at least a 650 on each.

If I stay in Canada for Grade 12, then I would need to take a grade 11 math course for the first semester, and then probably start Advanced Functions in semester 2, and finish the math course for grade 12 in the summer, however, all my other courses would be Grade 12.

The universities I want to enter are:

United States:

University of California Davis
Illinois Institute of Technology
Florida State University
Boston University

Canada:
University of Toronto
University of Waterloo
York University
Ryerson University

Should I complete Grade 12 in Canada, or finish Grade 12 in the American US System, and apply for Canadian universities afterwards? If possible, American Universities are also an option. But am I being too naive? are these universities too much of reaches for me?

Please help, thanks.

P.S. I posted this in the Canada section of this forum, and I didn't get any responses for a few days, so I'm hoping people who usually stay in this forum would be able to help me.
