<p>I have a tough situation I am trying to figure out. I am applying to lead both the Freshman Retreat and Kairos Retreat (at different times) at my Jesuit high school. However, I will not find out about my acceptance into either of these positions until after January 1. Both would be significant time committments, making them important ECs, and both would also add to my profile as a well-rounded person who shows commitment to something outside the classroom (I have a number of other ministry/religious related ECs). Because of their important but contingant status, how should I list them on the Commonapp? Should I make a note that I will need to be accepted and just enter everything else as it would be?</p>
