How should I do this?

I want to go too West Point and major in two languages, probably Arabic and ‘Persian’.After I am out of the Army, though, I would like to continue my education, simply out of interest. I would like to study engineering, physics, chemistry, and mathematics, but I also NEED theology and religion (a minor in philosophy, literature, and the arts would also be in order). So how should I do this? I am not trying to get a job in the scientific field, I just need a lot of my questions answered. I want to be an evangelist, hence the theology, religion, philosophy, literature, and arts, not to mention needing my questions answered. Again, how should I do this?
