How should I Improve my chances for Andover?

I know it's early, but I wanted to know if I was on the right track : D

Male in 9th Grade
Applying for 9th Grade for Andover
Israeli-American Citizenship
Full FA
I am White and speak fluent Hebrew

Academics-I took all possible course honors in eighth grade-Algebra 1 and Spanish. Because of this math and spanish are the two subjects in which I am accelerated.

I do not have my report card with me but I know that in all of my subjects I received a 95+ (A+ for all of the subjects) School was, simply put, too simple. I am going to one of the top High schools in New York next year and so I will do as best as I can because of the competition and it is probable that my grades will be similar.

Rewards/Recognitions-
N.J.H.S Member (National Junior Honor Society)
Qualified for NYC Science Exit Project Competition
Recieved Notable Award for Excellence in Academics from a top University
Recieved Summa Cum Laude Award eight quarters in a row

I did not have much time to practice for the SSAT as a consequence of personal reasons but recieved an 86 Percentile Overall. This summer I have, although, been studying and will continue to do so. I am confident that I will get above a 90% this time.

In my interview for Exeter last year I did extremely well. I think that the interview will not be a problem this year, and will only help me to be accepted.

The recommendations also, I hope will be spectacular because all my life, I have had fond relationships with even the toughest teachers.

(I have a passion for the last two, although these were not avaliable to me last year and will be this coming year)

What can I do to better my chances? Do you think I will be accepted? Thanks so Much! : P

Well, if those are your stats, then I think you are on the right track. However, this is just a little advice for your Italian. It’s great that you’re learning it on your own with Rosetta Stone. However, the schools won’t know you’re competent in Italian. So perhaps, taking the SAT IIs for Italian would show them your skill in Italian.

Thanks! That means a lot! It would actually be quite imprudent though to take the SAT II for Italian because Rosetta Stone teaches differently than a traditional teacher and also it might not teach what is on the SATs. I will just express my fervor for learning and for the Italian language itself in the interview.

Okay! But if I were you, I wouldn’t use it as a hook, just merely something you’re interested in. (Otherwise, you might get a bit of a surprise.)

Of Course! I think I’ll use Debate as a hook though, because for the time that I have learned, my coach says I have been massively successful. What do you mean by a surprise? : P I’m just curious : D Also, I wanted to ask you, how do I “use” an extracurriclar as a hook? I’m guessing I would highlight in my essays and/or interview? Haha.
